(Visited in October 2010)

This is one of the tavernes very close to our flat, but we have never had a chance to visit. It is not the busiest fish restaurants in Piraiki, but always has some people.
The name means "The Rocks of Peiraiki Coast".

We got a table not far from the roadside. The roadside tables are smorkers' tables, so it was fine. It does have a bit of sea view.

The menu isn't very long and there is no singular/particular item. At this point we realised the prices were very low.
We ordered horta (boiled green) and melizanosalata as starters. Horta wasn't tastiest, but came in a huge portion. Melizanosalata was about average, but it is OK as I have been realising how it is difficult to find satisfactory melizanosalata in tavernes.

Our main dish was fried squid.
It came again in a big portion and I can say that it was well cooked: not too oily and the squid was still soft.

Fried potatoes.
When I saw it, I did not bother to take photograph and that is why the dish is half-eaten. On eating it, however, I changed my mind and take a snap, as they were the best chips we have eaten recently. The potato had good potato flavour which is a rare thing to find in taverns.

The fried zucchini were not what I expected (probably I had a wrong expectation), but were again excellent.
We finished almost all the food and were pretty satisfied.
The bill came to 20 Euros (before adding tip). Yes. Twenty Euros. OK. We did not have serious seafood, but still, this price is hard to find in Piraeus.
As a casual fish taverna, it is a very good example.
