The Middle Stoa is situated at the centre of the Agora (the place is called South Square), 147 metres long, and 17.5 metres wide. It is Doric in style. It was constructed around 180 BCE, but who constructed it is not known.

Now, the only remain is the foundation and the lower parts of the columns.
