The building is Fetiye Mosque. In front is the stoa of the Roman Agora.

The mosque is now inside the enceinte of the Roman Agora site. It was a Christian church, but in 1456 it was converted to a mosque to commemorate the victory of Mehmet II the Conqueror. "Fetiye" means, in fact, "victory. Near it there are also some tombstones.
