Gyros
'Gyros' is spit roast, grilled rotating against the heat source. It can be done vertically as in the photo, or can be done horizontally.
In the photo right is pork meat grilled rotating horizontally.
The gyros meat can be made into 'souvlaki', i.e. wrapped in pita bread together with tomato, tzatziki sauce, and fried potato.
