Tyri Saganaki
(Fried Cheese)

Tyri Saganaki is fried cheese, but there is no strict rule how to make it.
In the photo right is probably the most standard deep-fried feta.

This is a variation of saganaki tyri. Three cheeses (feta, mastelo and kaseri, I think) are cooked in oven with tomato sauce.
We ate this at Taverna Giorgos in Poros and it was given the name of the taverna, i.e. Tyri Saganaki 'Giorgos'.
