Garides Saganaki

"Garides Saganaki" are prawns cooked in tomato sauce with feta cheese. They might come in 'saganaki' pan, but not necessarily.

The quality and type of prawns used change from restaurant to restaurant. Those in the photo right are king prawns with their head on.

Garides Saganaki

These instead are made of frozen prawns without head or shell. Easier to eat, without doubt, but less tasty, as head and shell give taste to the tomato sauce.
