Grilled Kalamari
Greeks eat kalamari only in two ways, either to deep fry or to grill. OK. It is an exageration, these are the mainstreams. This is grilled version.

It is usually served with olive oil and lemon juice, or ladolemono sauce (just a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice).

In restaurants, they call this sea creature 'kalamari', but more often thrapsala is used.
