This small beach situated at the north side of Aegina town, before the Colonna archaeological site and the archaeological museum. Being too close to the town and port, it is not terribly beautiful or clean, but surely is convenient.
There is bathing facilities; one parasol and two sun-beds, with the use of changing booth and shower, costs €6 (Summer 2006).

When we were there one day in September 2006, there were many young Eastern Europeans. The rest were Greeks and Germans.
Next to the beach there is a row of tavernas that offer tables with the view on the sea, for moderate price.
