Melisani (or Melissani) Cave is situated at 3.5km from Sami. According to a guide book, 160 metres of length, 40 metres of width, 36 metres of highth, and the water is 39 metres deep. After buying a ticket, you get in a small boat like you see in the photo above, and you will be guided through the cave for about 10 minuites.
As in the photo left, there is a big hole in the ceiling. Sun light coming through the hole makes the water look cobalt like blue.
Look how bright is the blue colour of the water.
Accoring to a guide book, it is possible to look down the cave from the hole above.
The other part of the cave is covered, as in the photo below.
