Unfortunately I saw only the beach, but not the town. I just add two photo of the splendid beach.
The modern Sami (or Same) is situated near the ancient Same. While the modern town extends by the sea, the ancient town was more toward inland. There still are the ruins of ancient Same, and of Roman building.
