Knights' Castle in Antimachia, Kos
St Christopher Ag. Kristoforos
Inside the fortification there remain two churches, both in ruin. You can see some traces of fresco paintings.
St. Nicholas, Ag. Nikolaos
This is St. Nicholas (Ag. Nikolaos) church. The photo above is St. Christopher holding infant Christ inside the church.

The arms above the entrance of the church. The year 1570 is recognisable.


The north side of the castle is protected by strong wall, but the south side is less so as it faces natural criff. The photo below is the view toward the south coast; the town you see on the sea is Kardamina.

Ag. Paraskevi
This is Holy Friday (Ag. Paraskevi) Church. There remain some traces of fresco painting on the wall.
